Configuring the asp.config file
The asp.config file has several OWA configuration settings.
RISS servers
A typical system can have one or more RISS products. The RISS section of asp.config contains a list
of RISS servers. The syntax for an entry is a keyname followed by the protocol and server nam e. The
keyname iden
tifies the server. If there is a special template in the next section, the keyname must be the
same for the ser ver and its corresponding template. The keyname also shows up in the error page
if a document fails to load.
The syntax is: Symbol=<protocol>://<Server> where <protocol> can b e http or https.

RISS URL templates
The Template section contains custom RISS URL templates. For standard RISS products, the only setting in
this section is the default setting.
If a custom template is defined, the template keyname must be the same as the corresp onding RISS
server keyname.
IMPORTANT:
Do not add a custom template unless instructed to do so by your HP service representative.
