DETAILS:
Cusomer has a domain called "forensics". This domain can be viewed from
"Active Directory Domains and Trusts" but cannot be viewed from "Active
Directory Users and Computers of primary domain (production)."
Only the "Production" domain appears on the root domain controller where our
Ibrix proxy user exists.
Due to the proxy user residing in one domain (production) we cannot access
users in other domains even if they are trusted. Ibrix does not support trusted
domains or subdomains. All users accessing the Ibrix filesystem must reside in
the daomain where the proxy user resides.
