Postgresql does not recognize time zone WAT0 - Northwest Africa, Morocco, Mauritania, Mali.

Database creation under SuSE 10 PostgreSQL reports warning messages at various stages as the database
is created. A warning message states that the view which provides license reporting has caused an exception
and has not been inserted. Subsequently, there are warnings indicating that the license view cannot be
dropped as it does not exist (creation failed earlier). However, the final step for updating the database in
HP SIM 5.1 correctly inserts the license view for SuSE 10. Therefore, the view is present when database
creation is complete and license reporting should function correctly.
-------------------------------------------------------------
When you reboot SuSE Linux after HP SIM is installed, the following message is displayed, Starting
postgresql failed.
The following entries are also displayed in the /var/log/boot.msg file:
Starting PostgreSQLpg_ctl: postmaster does not start failed services in runlevel 5: postgresql
HP SIM locks PostgreSQL for its exclusive use to ensure the integrity of its data and starts PostgreSQL when
it starts.
To unlock PostgreSQL from HP SIM, modify the /var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf file to add the
user that you want to have access to PostgreSQL.
Printing
When printing a System or Event collection in HP SIM, using the Mozilla browser, changes made in the print
window are not reflected in the hardcopy.
For example, after you click Print, click Appearance and verify that the One Side option is selected. Click
Print. The hardcopy is double-sided.
To correct, change the system printer configuration (SettingsPrinters), and deselect double-sided print.
Click Print. The hardcopy is correct.
Property pages
If you receive an error when clicking the Fans link on the Property pages Configuration tab, upgrade to
