Reinstalling the Remote Support Software Manager
The Remote Support Software Manager (RSSWM) cannot be recovered. In the event that there is an application
failure, the RSSWM application must be reinstalled by rerunning the HP SIM installer (you do not necessarily
need to reinstall HP SIM) or by running the Insight Software installer if installing from the Insight Software
DVD. If there is a hardware or operating system failure, the RSSWM application would also require
reinstallation along with HP SIM.
