Introduction to Partition Tasks
The following table lists the supported partition configuration tasks on
HP Superdome servers.
Detailed procedures for all tasks in Table 4-1 are provided in “Procedures
for Managing Partitions” on page 152.
You can perform each of these tasks using one or more of the following
software tools: the Guardian Service Processor (GSP) menus, the Boot
Console Handler (BCH) menu, HP-UX commands, and Partition
Manager. See “Overview of Partition Management Tools” on page 132 for
details on these tools.
