The Show Chassis Logs Menu (SL)
Three types of chassis code logs are maintained for each
Superdome complex: (1) activity logs, (2) error logs, (3) live chassis
code logs.
The activity log and error log provide a snapshot of past chassis
codes.
The live chassis code log provides:
Real-time view of chassis codes.
The option of filtering the real-time chassis output to show only
a specific cell, or specific partition.
All logs (activity, error, and live) can be displayed in different
formats, including: brief format, text format, hex (with keywords),
and raw hex format.
At the log menu, type V to change the display format, and type ^b
(Control-b) to exit the log viewer.
The GSP Command Menu
GSP commands are provided for system service, status, access
configuration, and manufacturing purposes.
See “Using GSP Commands” on page 46.
To exit the GSP command menu, enter MA to return to the GSP main
menu.
Note that three levels of access to GSP commands are provided:
Administrator, Operator, and Single Partition User.
Each GSP login account has a designated access level, which provides
access to a subset of the GSP commands (or, for Administrator-level
users, all commands).
Virtual Front Panels
Provides a real-time display of each partition’s boot status and
activity.
To exit a Virtual Front Panel, type ^b (Control-b).
