SLIP and PPP Configuration Files
There are four main files used to set up SLIP connections with the SLIP
product:
• /etc/ppl/ppl.remotes
•/etc/uucp/Systems
• /etc/uucp/Devices
• /etc/uucp/Dialers
Table 3-1 shows how the configuration information in the files and fields
used with SLIP relate to the files and fields used with PPP.
