HP-UX Mobile IPv4 Support Provision

HP-UX MOBILE IPv4 SUPPORT PROVISION. BY DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING
THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE PROVISION BELOW. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL
THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR SYSTEM.
HP-UX Mobile IPv4 Support Provision
Support for this product is provided under HP-UX standard support agreement. The following
provision differs from the terms and conditions in the HP-UX support agreement:
HP provides support only for the most recently released version of HP-UX Mobile IPv4.
HP-UX Mobile IPv4 implements IETF drafts or specifications, and those specifications
become Internet Standards over time. HP will not provide such software support for any
earlier superseded versions of Mobile IPv4. In the event that HP releases a version of HP-UX
Mobile IPv4 that conforms to the latest IETF standards, customers must upgrade to that
newer version in order to continue with support for that product. Any inconsistencies between
this term and any other agreement between the customer and HP, this term pertaining to this
subject matter shall be controlling.
