Prerequisites

Before reading this manual and using this software, you should have the following

background:

• familiarity with the HP-UX operating system, file structure, and system

administration tasks

• knowledge of networking terms and concepts such as IP address, LAN station

address, and node names

• knowledge of the operation of the DTC and the devices connected to it.
