Configuring DTC ports with dtcconfig

This chapter describes how to conﬁgure a port for the requirements of an attached

device. For example, if you want a printer on a certain port, you must ensure that the

port is set to be a printer port.

Configuring the port type

You can change a terminal port to a printer port (or vice versa) using the Change

Port Type option which you access via the Action Menu as illustrated below.
