drd runcmd view /var/opt/swm/swm.log
The view program is identical to vi except that the “read-only” editor option
is set. You are able to search the document and when you’re done, you can
exit the editor program.
At the Start of a DRD Update on a PA-RISC System, You May See
Harmless Messages
During a Dynamic Root Disk (DRD) update on a PA-RISC system, you may
see the following messages at the start of execution:
/opt/drd/wrappers/check_swm_rev[22]: linker:
The specified number is not valid for this command.
/opt/drd/wrappers/check_swm_rev[22]: linker:
The specified number is not valid for this command.
What to Do
You can safely ignore these messages. The update will proceed as normal.
Disks and File Systems Management Tool May Not Work As
Expected When Installed from the HP-UX 11i v3 March 2009

On PA-RISC platforms, you may not be able to perform certain tasks in the
Disks and File Systems (FileSystemsWeb) web-based graphical user
interface (GUI), available from the HP System Management Homepage (HP
SMH). The following operations are affected:
• Volume Groups → Select a VG → Modify VG
• Disks → Select a disk → Change Physical Volume
