USB-02 driver enhancement
The HP-UX USB-02 driver enables various classes of devices that are connected to the USB port.
Summary of Change
Changes for the March 2012 release include the following:
• Enables USB to be ANSI compliant.
• Support to decode Sense key/ASC/ASCQ reported by USB-DVD as ANSI v2 compliant.
• The ANSI version for ATAPI devices was changed to 2 to make USB ANSI complaint.
This enhancement is enabled by the PHKL_42483 patch, delivered in the FEATURE11i bundle.
Compatibility
This support will be enabled with iLO3 firmware v01.51.02 or later.
Performance
The diskinfo(1M) command now takes less time to complete because it no longer requires
unnecessary retries.
