Interrupt the boot process
Hit the escape key when the following message appears:
Searching for a system to boot, press and hold the escape key to override
Boot from primary path and
interact with isl
At the menu, type:
boot pri isl
Answer "y" to:
interact with ISL ?
Enter boot command
At the ISL prompt type:
hpux -lm
Series 700: Single User Mode Boot

Action
Interrupt the boot process
Hit the escape key when the following message appears:
Searching for a system to boot, press and hold the escape key to override
Boot from primary path and
interact with isl
At the menu, type:
boot pri isl
Answer "y" to:
interact with ISL ?
Enter boot command
At the ISL prompt type:
hpux -is
Series 700: LVM No Quorum Mode Boot
