Use icapmanage -Q to set this Group Manager as the active Group Manager for all
GiCAP group members. Split GiCAP group occurs.

Action: Choose AGM from either of the configured GMs and execute icapmanage -Q there.

becomes the active manager, it may not be able to take control of this group member.
This can happen for a number of reasons. Fix any problems noted below,
then reissue this command.
NOTE: CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND: PGS03318: The certificate does not exist.

The member is added to the group, but the member OA certificate had been present in the trust
store on SGM.
Action: Remove the added member from the group. Remove the OA certificate from the trust store
both on AGM and SGM with the cimtrust command (see the topic Handling errors while
re-adding GiCAP member in chapter 9). Add the member back.

The member OA still remembers the out-of-date iCAP inventory after removing 3 i2 iCAP blades
due to any reason.
Action: Restart the active OA to let it recognize the latest iCAP inventory.
