2.3 HP-UX Patches Required in the VM Host
The following HP-UX patches are required on the VM Host:
• From V4.3 May 2012 Patch release kit:
PHSS_42973 HPVM B.04.30 CORE PATCH◦
◦ PHSS_42974 HPVM B.04.30 HPVM-VMSGTK
• From V4.3 January 2012 Patch release kit:
PHSS_42543 HPVM B.04.30 VMMIGRATE PATCH◦
◦ PHSS_42545 HPVM B.04.30 vmProvider PATCH (11.31)
◦ PHSS_42547 HPVM B.04.30 VMCONVERT PATCH
The only patches required in the VM Host are the patches needed to support virtual iLO Remote
Console feature on telnet. These are:
• PHCO_41595
• PHNE_41452

2.4 Patches Required in the HP-UX Guest
The following patches from the January 2012 Patch release are required on the HP-UX guest:
• PHSS_42545 HPVM B.04.30 vmProvider PATCH (11.31)
• PHSS_42546 HPVM A.04.30 vmProvider PATCH (11.23)
There are no patches from the May 2012 Patch release required on the HP-UX guest.
2.5 Patches Required in the HP OpenVMS Guest
Integrity VM V4.3 supports HP OpenVMS V8.4 guests with the following update installed:
HP I64VMS VMS84I_UPDATE V4.0
