Note:

When using the scsimgr replace_wwid command, if you do not

specify the dsf keyword, a new device file is created. If you specify the

dsf keyword, the existing dsf is retained. For information on the

replace_wwid keyword, see scsimgr(1M).

For example, the output of the ioscan command for /dev/rdisk/disk1 shows the following:

disk 1 64000/0xfa00/0xa esdisk NO_HW DEVICE HP HSV210

/dev/disk/disk1 /dev/rdisk/disk1

To detect whether any lunpath has an authentication failure, use the scsimgr lun_map command

as follows:

1131 :/> scsimgr lun_map -D /dev/rdisk/disk1
