Error Description

N_REJECT
Indicates the X.25 connection could not be established with the
remote. Possible problems are that the NSAP/X.121 address
mapping for this remote is incorrect. Facility negotiation failed with
X.25 (for example, Reverse Charging, X.25 '80/'84). The remote stack
or card may not be enabled. The remote system may not be able to
accept anymore X.25 connections.

established a connection, but is releasing the connection in some
error state. Examine the reason code for more details.
