resynchronization is in progress. The forced flag stops the resynchronization, allowing the volume

group to be deactivated. This feature works in normal activation mode (standalone) and exclusive

mode activation in HP Serviceguard clusters. This new feature is supported for Version 1.0 and

Version 2.x volume groups.
