Check the console log for I/O errors. If the problem is a disk failure, replace the
disk. If the problem is not related to an I/O failure, find out how the disk became
corrupted. If no user or process was writing to the device, report the problem to
your customer support organization. Restart the snapshot on an error free disk
partition. Rerun any backups that failed when the error occurred.

file system bitmap read error
Description:
An I/O error occurred while reading the snapshot file system bitmap. There is no
problem with snapped file system, but the snapshot file system is disabled.
Recommended action:
Check the console log for I/O errors. If the problem is a disk failure, replace the

remount failed
Description:
During a file system resize, the remount to the new size failed. The VX_FULLFSCK
flag is set and the file system is disabled.
Recommended action:
Unmount the file system and use fsck to run a full structural check. After the
check, the file system shows the new size.
