The fencing configuration checks may fail with the following error:

Cause
The SCSI-3 PGR keys are not present on the coordinator disks for some of the
nodes in the cluster.
Resolution
Refresh the lost keys on the coordinator disks as described in the following
procedure.
To refresh the lost keys on the coordinator disks

Determine the node from which the keys are missing. Check the output. The
output will not display the nodes from which keys are missing.
# vxfenadm -s all -f /etc/vxfentab

Refresh the lost keys.
