IPC library linking check on sys_name has failed.
Link IPC library properly.

VCSMM library check on sys_name has failed
Link VCSMM library properly.
■
ODM library check on sys_name has failed
Link ODM library properly.
Cause
The Veritas libraries (VCS IPC, ODM, and VCSMM) are not linked correctly with
the Oracle RAC libraries.
Resolution
To verify that the VCSMM library is linked with Oracle:
■ For HP-UX (IA):
Verify that the $CRS_HOME/lib/libskgxn2.so is a symbolic link to
/opt/nmapi/nmapi2/lib/hpux64/libnmapi2.so. Verify that the
/opt/nmapi/nmapi2/lib/hpux64/libnmapi2.so is a symbolic link to
/usr/lib/hpux64/libvcsmm.so.
■ For HP-UX (PA):
Verify that the $CRS_HOME/lib/libskgxn2.sl is a symbolic link to
/opt/nmapi/nmapi2/lib/pa20_64/libnmapi2.sl. Verify that the
/opt/nmapi/nmapi2/lib/pa20_64/libnmapi2.sl is a symbolic link to
/usr/lib/pa20_64/libvcsmm.sl.
If the VCSMM library is not linked correctly, relink the library.
Relink the VCS IPC and ODM libraries with Oracle. For instructions, see the chapter
"Performing Oracle RAC post-installation tasks" in the Veritas Storage Foundation
for Oracle RAC Installation and Configuration Guide.
Checks on tunables for LLT/LMX/VCSMM failed with errors
The checks on LLT, LMX, and VCSMM tunables may fail with the following error:
Checking Tunables for LLT/LMX/VCSMM...Failed
Cause
The tunables for the module may not be set correctly.
