Oracle user checks failed with errors
The permission checks on the Oracle user may fail with the following error:

on sys_name...Failed
You may see the following messages in the logs:
Error: No Oracle user detected. Skipping check for
oracle user permission for /etc/llthosts and /etc/llttab files.
Error: Either $vcs->{llthosts} or $vcs->{llttab}
or both are not available on sys_name. Skipping this check.
Error: Permission denied for ORACLE_USER:$ora_user
for files $vcs->{llthosts} and $vcs->{llttab} on sys_name
