HP Glanceplus
If you have the optional HP Glanceplus product installed, you can also use it to see data on WLM
workload groups. However, in Glanceplus, the workload groups are known as PRM groups.
Status and statistics logs
WLM provides the following logs:
/var/opt/wlm/msglogAlways created; provides on-going messages about WLM operations
/var/opt/wlm/wlmdstatsCreated when you use the wlmd –l option; provides statistics on
resource allocation and usage, SLO compliance, and metrics
When you configure the WLM virtual partition management or nPartition management, you can also
enable logging of virtual partition or nPartition statistics in the file /var/opt/wlm/wlmpardstats.
Stopping HP-UX Workload Manager
With WLM running, stop it by logging in as root and running the command:
# /opt/wlm/bin/wlmd -k
