To remove the user and role for hp_wlmuser, use the script
drop_hp_wlmuser.sql against each affected instance:

Where can I find example files showing how to set up
metrics?
The directory /opt/wlm/toolkits/oracle/config/ is filled with example WLM
configuration files as well as wlmoradc configuration files. Copy these
files to a working directory and modify them to match your environment.
For an overview of the example WLM configuration files, see Table 2-2 on
page 35.
