New options and enhancements in 5.7
The HP Caliper 5.7 release has the following improvements:
• Improved accuracy in some of the CPU metrics measurement for Intel® 9500 processors.
• Quality improvements and defect fixes.
Issues resolved
• QXCR1001282801 — Caliper generates SIGSGEV.
• QXCR1001282549 — Discrepancy in the CPI numbers shown in stall summary and CPI
summary.
• QXCR1001285688 — FP instruction count higher than the total instruction retired as shown
by CPI.
