cprop_healthtest(1) cprop_healthtest(1)
The options function as follows:
-loop specifies how many times the health test must be executed and is ignored if -loop
and -timer are specified simultaneously, ranging from 1 to 99, 1 by default
-error specifies the number of errors permitted before the test is terminated, ranging from
1to99,0bydefault
-timer specifies the execution duration of the test, ranging from 1 to 30, 0 by default (In
this case, -loop 1 will be applied to avoid infinite running). The unit is minute
-log specifies the severity of errors that must be logged; as follows:
0 error only
1 errors and warnings (default)
2 errors, warnings and information.
-stress specifies the level of impact on system, as follows:
0 minimum
1medium(default)
2maximum.
-runtest -a
[-loop loop_count | -error error_count | -timer time_out | -log log_level
| -stress stress_level ]...[-nowait]
Runs all the tests on all the instances of all the supported components.
If the options, such as
-loop, -error, -timer, -log
, and -stress are not specified, all
the basic tests run on all the instances of the supported components with default settings.
Please refer to the description of these options as mentioned above.
-runtest -c component_name
[-nowait]
Runs the basic test on all the instances of the specified component.
-runtest -c component_name
-a [-nowait]
Runs all the tests on all the instances of the specified component
-runtest -c component_name
-t test_name
[
-loop loop_count | -error error_count | -timer time_out | -log log_level
| -stress stress_level ]...[-nowait]
Runs the specified configurable test on all the instances of the component, where:
-c component specifies the component,
-t test_name specifies the test; for example: -t HP:MempkgDiag
.
If the options, such as
-loop, -error, -timer, -log, and
-stress are not specified, the
basic test runs on all the instances of the specified component with default settings.
Please refer to the description of these options as mentioned above.
-runtest -d component_name:HashId [-nowait]
Runs the basic test on the component’s specific instance which is denoted by the hash ID.
-runtest -d component_name:HashId -a [-nowait]
Runs all the tests on the component’s specific instance which is denoted by the hash ID.
-runtest -d component_name:HashId -t test_name
[-loop loop_count | -error error_count | -timer time_out | -log log_level
| -stress stress_level ]...[-nowait]
Runs the configurable test on the component’s specific instance, which is denoted by the hash
ID, where:
-d component_name:hash specifies the instance of the component, such as: -d Proces-
sors:1919477241.
-t test_name specifies the test.
If the options such as
-loop, -error, -timer, -log, and -stress are not specified, the
basic test runs on the specified instance with default settings.
