This partition (5) manpage describes functionality on systems with Onboard Administrator (OA)
based partition management. For partition on systems not running OA based partition
management, refer to partition1 (5) by typing man partition1
.
DESCRIPTION
This manpage gives a listing and brief description of the commands which are used to manage a parti-
tionable system.
Command Description
parcreate Create a new partition.
pardefault Display or change partition configuration defaults.
parmodify Modify an existing partition.
parperm Control partition configuration privileges.
parremove Remove an existing partition.
Display partition and available resources information for a partitionable system.parstatus
