set_term — switch between screens
SYNOPSIS

SCREEN *set_term(SCREEN *new);
DESCRIPTION
The set_term() function switches between different screens. The new argument specifies the new
current screen.
RETURN VALUE
Upon successful completion,
set_term() returns a pointer to the previous screen. Otherwise, it
returns a null pointer.
ERRORS
No errors are defined.
APPLICATION USAGE
This is the only function that manipulates SCREEN pointers; all other functions affect only the current
screen.
