Changing the Local Site to a Primary Site
Overview
This command changes the local site from the Recovery Site to the Primary Site.
• See “Planned Failovers” if this is a planned failover
• See “Unplanned Failovers” if this is an unplanned failover
Notes
• The Change Local Site to Primary button is only available from the recovery site.
• Before clicking the Change Local Site to Primary button, you must verify the primary site is completely
inoperable due to a disaster, or that all logical servers managed by Insight Recovery at the Primary
Site are deactivated.
