Known Problems and Workarounds
Following are the known problems in this release of SNAplus2:
• To use SNAplus2 on HP-UX 11i to control a large number of resources (hundreds of
sessions or conversations), HP recommends that you install the following O/S patch:
PHKL_23445. This patch is available to download at http://www.itrc.hp.com.
• SNAplus2 Release 5.x and SNAplus2 Release 7.x cannot co-exist in a mixed Client/Server
environment because SNAplus2 Release 5.x servers do not support Release 7.x systems.
If you are running an SNAplus2 Release 5.x Client/Server environment, and you
install a new system with SNAplus2 Release 7.x software, you must upgrade all of the
SNAplus2 Release 5 systems to SNAplus2 R7.x to maintain compatibility.

• To support the PCI Gigabit card, you need to install the following patch:
