Overview of the Workstation Style File
The workstation style file contains information on how the workstation
interacts with the host Job Entry Subsystem, how it interacts with the
local HP-UX computer to process input and output data, and the printer
and punch devices available for processing output data. It may be
maintained by the system administrator or by the users of the
workstation.
The RJE workstation style file is an ASCII text file with information
stored in readable text format. Because the file is a text file, you can
check or modify the workstation definition using a standard text editor.
SNAplus2 also provides a menu-driven customization program ,
snaprjecust, that allows you to set most of the parameters in the style
file . Y ou are recommended to use this program if you need to modify
the file. However, you will need to use a text editor in order to set the less
common style file parameters in the define_minor_options record.
The style file is named
WKST
.sty, where
WKST
is the name of the
workstation, and is stored in the directory /etc/opt/sna.
