with command preview on SHM.
Resolution: This issue is resolved. The memory health test commands on SMH show the
correct options.

Problem: The evweb subscribe -M option is not consistent with the manpage
specifications of evweb subscribe -M ,-s, -r.
Resolution: This issue is resolved.
