Filter values in the filter dialog box
If a filter attribute is changed before its filter value in the filter dialog box is shown, the filter value
might be inconsistent.
If this occurs, redisplay the filters, or log in again. If the inconsistent filter value appears after refreshing
the screen, set up a filter value again after applying a filter with a different attribute.
Registering HP-UX 11iv2 (IPF and PA-RISC) and 11iv3 (PA-RISC) hosts by using Host
Data Collector
Registering or refreshing HP-UX 11iv2 (IPF and PA-RISC) and 11iv3 (PA-RISC) hosts times out if a stale
NFS mount exists on the target host. The following error message occurs when registering hosts of the
same target host:
ERR_1202: Unable to copy all the files to the remote server. (Remote
server: <Target host IP address>, Cause: Error during SCP transfer.)
If this error persists, check whether a Host Data Collector binary process exists on the target host by
executing the following command:
ps -ef |grep /tmp/FsDataGather
If this process exists, delete all processes listed by the command by executing the command kill -9
<process ID> on the target host. Then unmount the stale NFS and register or refresh hosts again.
Parity groups in the Create Volume dialog box
The following message appears if the Create Volume dialog box is opened when all of the parity
groups are reserved:
No parity groups for create volumes. Create a parity group. (KAIC16109-E)
If this occurs, wait until the task using the parity groups ends.
Virtual Parity Group information
Virtual Parity Group information does not appear in the volume list. Check the Virtual Parity Group
information from the Detailed Information dialog box for each volume.
