2. Use the cluster management application on the executing node to take the following services
offline:
HP StorageWorks XP Tiered Storage Manager
DeviceManagerServer
HCS Device Manager Web Service (if you are performing an upgrade or overwrite installation
from version 7.0 or later)
HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service
HBase Storage Mgmt Common Service
P9000 Command View AE Suite product resources other than the above
3. On the executing node, execute the following command to stop the Common Component services.
installation-folder-for-Common-Component\bin\hcmdssrv /stop
4. Use the cluster management application on the executing node to take the following service
offline:
HiRDB/ClusterService _HD0
5. On the standby node, perform the same operations described in steps 1 to 4.
6. Use the cluster management application to suppress failover of the resource group.
On the executing or standby node, change the settings of the resources listed below.
HBase Storage Mgmt Common Service
HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service
HCS Device Manager Web Service (if you are performing an upgrade or overwrite installation
from version 7.0 or later)
DeviceManagerServer
HP StorageWorks XP Tiered Storage Manager
HiRDB/ClusterService_HD0
Services that you took offline in step 2, other than those listed above
If Microsoft Cluster Service is used:
Right-click the resource name, and choose Properties, the Advanced tab, and then Do not
restart.
If Microsoft Failover Cluster is used:
Right-click the resource name, and choose Properties, the Policies tab, and then If resource
fails, do not restart.
Installing P9000 Command View AE Suite on the executing node (upgrade or overwrite
installation)
To install P9000 Command View AE Suite on the executing node as an upgrade or overwrite installation:
1. Make sure that you can access the shared disk from the executing and standby nodes.
