NOTE:
If you change the port number used to access HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service, depending on the
operating environment, you might have to revise the following settings:
• If the Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning is being used
You must change the settings for the Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning. For details

Changing the 23015/tcp port used by Common Component
To change the port used for accessing the HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service, you must change the
port number written in the following files:
In Windows:
• The Listen directive in
installation-folder-for-Common-Component\httpsd\conf\httpsd.conf
• hsso.hostport in
installation-folder-for-Common-Component\conf\hsso.conf
In Linux:
• The Listen directive in
installation-directory-for-Common-Component/httpsd/conf/httpsd.conf
• hsso.hostport in
installation-directory-for-Common-Component/conf/hsso.conf
Changing the 23016/tcp port used by Common Component
To change the port used for accessing SSL HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service, you must change the
port numbers written in the following file:
In Windows:
• VirtualHost host-name:port-number and also the Listen directive in
installation-folder-for-Common-Component\httpsd\conf\httpsd.conf
In Linux:
• VirtualHost host-name:port-number and also the Listen directive in
installation-directory-for-Common-Component/httpsd/conf/httpsd.conf
CAUTION:
Even when SSL is enabled for accessing HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service, port 23015 is used for
internal communication. Therefore, you must not delete or comment out the Listen 23015 line.
