Options
print: Specify this option to display a list of URLs and programs that are currently registered.
list: Specify this option to display the same information as the print option in a different format.
change: Specify this option to change a currently registered URL.
CAUTION:
The specified URL must be a complete URL that contains protocols and a port number. You cannot
use an IPv6 address. You must use a host name to specify the URL in an IPv6 environment, as
shown in the following example:
http://127.0.0.1:23015
http://hostname:23015
When changing the URL during migration to a cluster environment, use the following format to
specify new-URL:
http://logical-host-name:port-number
type: If you want to change the URL for a specific P9000 Command View AE Suite product only,
use this option to specify the name of that product. If you omit the type option, the URLs for all P9000
Command View AE Suite products that are installed in the same management server will be changed.
To change only the Device Manager URL, specify DeviceManager. To change only the Tiered
Storage Manager URL, specify TieredStorageManager. To change only the Replication Manager
URL, specify ReplicationManager. For details on the names of other P9000 Command View AE
Suite products, see the documentation for each product.

Disconnecting the management server from the network
To change the settings or perform maintenance, you might have to disconnect the management server
from the network. Before disconnecting, first change the Common Component settings files. If you
disconnect the management server from the network without changing the settings files, you will not
be able to perform operations from the GUI or CLI. You need to restart the management server to be
able perform operations from the GUI or CLI again.
The procedure to change the settings file is described in steps 1 through 6 below. After you perform
these steps once, you no longer have to do so when disconnecting the network.
