HP StorageWorks P9000 Replication Manager Software 7.1 CLI User Guide (TB584-96026, May 2011)

When you use VSS in a cluster environment, define the primary volume to be used in all virtual
servers in a single RAID Manager instance, and use the same instance number on all physical
nodes.
Creating a cascade configuration definition file for Exchange
database backup
To back up an Exchange database in a cascade configuration, you must edit the definition file for
the cascade configuration on the database server.
A sample definition file for the cascade configuration is at the following location:
Application-Agent-installation-folder\conf\cascade\VHOST.dat.model
After you have edited the definition file for the cascade configuration, register it with the following
name:
Application-Agent-installation-folder\conf\cascade\Exchange-virtual-server-name.dat
The following table lists the parameters defined in the definition file for the cascade configuration.
