Database information (when the backup is of an SQL Server database or Exchange database)
Collect the following information about the database. In cases where the problem occurred over a
network connection, you will need to collect files from the connected machine.

Operation details
The following information, pertaining to the operation that was being performed when the problem
occurred, also needs to be collected.
The details of the operation (parameters specified by commands, etc.)
The date and time when the problem occurred
The machine configuration (the version of each OS and the host name)
Whether or not the error is reproducible
Log files output by extended commands
When an extended command is executed, extended command execution history information and the
error status (if an error occurred) are recorded in the log file for extended commands. The log
information is recorded when:
An extended command started
An extended command terminated
A command other than Application Agent commands (drmxxx) is executed inside the extended
command
A command other than Application Agent commands (drmxxx) terminated successfully inside the
extended command
A command (including Application Agent commands (drmxxx)) inside the extended command is
executed and then failed
