10. Confirm that the backup information file has been imported correctly.
On the secondary-use server (active server), execute the drmsqlcat command.
PROMPT> drmsqlcat instance-name
11. Restore the user database.
On the secondary-use server (active server), execute the drmsqlrestore command.
PROMPT> drmsqlrestore backup-ID -no_resync -nochk_host -target user-database-name
12. Recover the user database.
On the secondary-use server (active server), execute the drmsqlrecovertool command.
PROMPT> drmsqlrecovertool instance-name
When the command is executed, the drmsqlrecovertool dialog box opens.
Specify the following conditions, and then click the Recovery button in the drmsqlrecovertool
dialog box.
Click the Add button to select all the transaction log backup files.
Select Online for Recovery mode.
Select Yes for Roll forward?.
13. Use a tool such as SQL Server Management Studio to create an AlwaysOn availability group
configuration for the secondary-use server.
