2. Check the execution results.
Make sure that the host name obtained by this command and the name of the host (pair
management server) on which Device Manager Agent is installed are the same.
An example of the command execution results is shown below. The value shown for name is the
host name. In this example, you can see that the host cci-vm-r has been registered.

3. If you cannot identify the pair management server name by using this command, execute the
hdvmagt_account command on the pair management server in order to re-associate the Device
Manage server and Device Manager Agent.

Recognizing the command device
This appendix describes how to make sure that Device Manager server recognizes the command
device that is assigned to the host (pair management server).
To make sure that Device Manager server recognizes the command device:
1. Execute the GetHostInfo command:
GetHostInfo
2. Check the return value for lastUpdated.
If a value has already been registered, the command device is recognized correctly.
An example of the command execution results is shown below. In this example, 1217593922
has been registered to lastUpdated.
