About Replication Manager log output
The amount of information output to the Replication Manager log files depends on the memory heap
size of the system. Therefore, you must change the values of the xxxx.MaxBackupIndex and
xxxx.MaxFileSize parameters in the logger.properties file to appropriate values for the
memory heap size. The following table shows the recommended amount of log data to be retained.
NOTE:
The default values in the logger.properties file assume 6,000 pairs in an open system and
40,000 pairs in a mainframe system.

serverstorageif.properties
The serverstorageif.properties file is used to specify the values of properties related to the
interface between Replication Manager and Device Manager server. The following table describes
the available properties and settings.

DescriptionProperty
The amount of time Replication Manager waits to read data from Device
Manager server. If 0 is specified, Replication Manager waits until all data is
read without timing out.
Specifiable values: 0 to 86400 (seconds)
Default value: 3600
