Error message: The Oracle patch application library for P9000 Performance
Advisor Software could not be initialized. The installation wizard will exit now.
For more information on troubleshooting Oracle patch installation issues, see
the P9000 Performance Advisor Install Guide available on Disk 1.
The reason might be that Oracle patch application library could not be initialized properly.
Resolution: For further assistance, contact your HP Support representative along with the
opatch<timestamp>.log, <MachineName>_<timestamp>_OraclePatch.log, and
catbundle_WINBUNDLE_PADB_APPLY_<timestamp>.log files.
Error message: One or more services for P9000 Performance Advisor Software
did not stop. The installation wizard will exit now. Rerun the patch installer after
stopping the services from the services control manager. For more information
on the complete list of services to stop, see the P9000 Performance Advisor Install
Guide available on Disk 1.
During the Oracle patch installation process, one or more P9000 services might not stop as expected.
Resolution: Before attempting to re-run the patch installer, stop the following services:
Distributed Transaction Co-ordinator
HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Database
HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Database Job Scheduler
HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Database Listener
HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Database VSS Writer
HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Monitor
HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Security
HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Tomcat
NOTE:
By default, the HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Database Job Scheduler service is
disabled.
Error message: The Oracle patch installer has determined that one or more files
