The Smart and ThP pools are not configured
in the selected P9000 disk array.
Perform the following steps:
1. Check if the following services are
active:
• HP StorageWorks P9000 Perform-
ance Advisor Tomcat service
• HP StorageWorks P9000 Perform-
ance Advisor Database
• HP StorageWorks P9000 Perform-
ance Advisor Database Listener
2. Refresh the Array View > Pools screen
to view the Smart and the ThP pools
data.
Unable to retrieve the Smart
and ThP pools related data from
the P9000 Performance Advisor
database.
P9000 Performance Advisor is unable to
retrieve the Smart and the ThP pools data
from the P9000 Performance Advisor
database.
Perform the following:
1. Create VVols in the P9000 disk array
and attach those VVols to the Smart or
the ThP pool.
2. Perform the configuration data collec-
tion for your P9000 disk array.
3. In the Array View node, select your
P9000 disk array and click Pools to
view the Smart and ThP pools data.
No V-vols configured for the
Pool
There are no VVols attached to the selected
Smart or the ThP pool. Attach the VVols to
view the VVol information.
Click the status icon displayed in the top
left corner of the chart window title pane
to refresh the chart.
If chart is not loaded, try to
refresh by clicking here.
If the selected chart is not able to render
properly and the data points are not
displayed in the Chart window.
Establish a connection between the P9000
disk array and P9000 Performance Advisor
through a host agent. Perform one round
of configuration and at least two rounds of
performance data collection for the disk
array before viewing the component details.

P9000 Performance Advisor has detected
that P9000 disk array is currently not in its
list of monitored disk arrays. The P9000
disk array must be monitored by P9000
Performance Advisor to accept requests.
If the P9000 disk array that you selected in
P9000 Remote Web Console is not
monitored by P9000 Performance Advisor.
