For a new installation, the installer uses the default values of the keys
that are listed in the following Table 7-12 Keys in the
[ENVIRONMENT_SETTINGS] Section on page 7-47 .
For an upgrade installation or re-installation, the installer uses the old
HDLM setting values.
The following table lists and describes the keys defined in the
[ENVIRONMENT_SETTINGS] section.
