Redundant Size Mismatch—Cache operations are temporarily disabled. The cache sizes
on the redundant controllers do not match.
Redundant Cache Failure—Cache operations are temporarily disabled. The cache on the
redundant controller has failed.
Excessive ECC Errors—Cache operations have been permanently disabled. The number
of cache lines experiencing excessive ECC errors has reached a preset limit.
ADG Enabler Missing—Indicates that write cache operations have been temporarily
disabled. An advanced data guarding logical drive is configured but the RAID ADG
Enabler Module is broken or missing.
POST ECC Errors—Indicates that write cache operations have been permanently disabled.
The cache has been disabled due to a large number of ECC errors detected while testing
the cache during the Power On Self Test (POST).
Battery Hot Removed—Indicates that write cache operations have been permanently
disabled. The cache has been disabled because a battery has been hot removed.
Flash Backed Cache Capacitor Charge Low—Indicates that write cache operations are
temporarily disabled due to insufficient capacitor power.
Not Enough Batteries Attached—Indicates that write cache operations have been
permanently disabled. The cache has been disabled because there are not enough
batteries attached to the controller to ensure write cache will be held without power for
the advertised length of time.
Cache Module Not Supported—Indicates that write cache operations have been
permanently disabled. The cache has been disabled because the current cache module
is not supported by the currently running firmware.
Battery Not Supported—Indicates that write cache operations have been permanently
disabled. The cache has been disabled because one or more attached batteries are not
supported by the currently running firmware.
Flash Backed Cache No Capacitor Attached—Indicates that write cache operations have
been permanently disabled. The cache has been disabled because there are no capacitors
attached to the flash-backed cache module.
Flash Backed Cache Backup Failed—Indicates that write cache operations have been
permanently disabled. The cache has been disabled because the flash-backed cache
module backup operation has failed.
Flash Backed Cache Restore Failed—Indicates that write cache operations have been
permanently disabled. The cache has been disabled because the flash-backed cache
module restore operation has failed.
Flash Backed Cache Hardware Module Failure—Indicates that write cache operations
have been permanently disabled. The cache has been disabled because the flash-backed
cache module has encountered a hardware failure.
Flash Backed Cache Capacitor Failed To Charge—Indicates that write cache operations
have been permanently disabled. The cache has been disabled because the flash backed
cache module capacitor has failed to charge.
Flash Backed Cache Erasing Flash Memory—Indicates that write cache operations have
been temporarily disabled. The cache has been disabled because the flash-backed cache
module is erasing its flash memory.
Unknown—The Storage Agents do not recognize the error code. You may need to update
your software.
Serial Number—Displays the serial number for the Array Accelerator. Use this number for
identification purposes.
