Configuring the Storage Devices

A tape drive connected to a Fibre Channel converter must be configured as ID 5. Use

DEVICE ID attribute 5 when adding the tape drive to the system configuration

database. If you have a tape library that requires you to use any SCSI ID other than 5,

contact your service provider.
