Emulex online firmware updates do not support the HP CN1000E Dual Port Converged Network Adapter and HP
NC550SFP Dual Port 10GbE Server Adapter
Description Unless the HP CN1000E Dual Port Converged Network Adapter has firmware version 4.0.360.15, the
Emulex online firmware update components will not update the firmware.
Workaround/
Solution
To update the HP CN1000E Dual Port Converged Network Adapter, obtain the Firmware Image for
Offline Update (One Connect ISO). For details on this issue, see the Customer Advisory at
