Introducing Dictionary/3000
Overview
Database Load
(DICTDBL)
Loads data from tape or disk into IMAGE database
files. DICTDBL allows selective loading of data set
files.

Performs periodic maintenance on the Dictionary.
DICTDBM, UTIL removes superfluous information
