ACTION Reinvoke the preprocessor specifying an output filename
containing less than or equal to 9 bytes (excluding
extensions).
10999 MESSAGE Preprocessor Internal Error (!). (DBERR
10999)
CAUSE Unknown escape occurred in the preprocessor.
ACTION Record the number returned and as much information as
possible and contact your HP Service Representative or
Response Center.
