Finding a Report
1. Select the folder you wish to open and press Enter or F4, Open Folder. The Select Report
window lists the reports within the selected folder.
2. Press F6, Find Report. The Find Report Options window is displayed.
3. Press F4, Modify Option, and use the Tab key to select the field you want to use for searching.
Then enter a value to search for in the selected field.
4. Press F6, Execute Find, to begin the search.
VISTA searches for a match from top to bottom, left to right. You can select one of the
displayed reports, or use a different search category to initiate a new search.
Note. When you use the Description option, VISTA searches all descriptive text for
a match.
